Refund Policy

1. Short version
If you buy Pro Annual (₹1,999) and want your money back within 7 days, email support@paiseback.in with your transaction ID and we'll refund you in full. No questions.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the Pro purchase.
- Requests must come from the email address used at checkout or the one on the payment record.
- The Free Scanner is free — nothing to refund.
- The Done-for-you plan is governed by its own engagement letter and has its own refund rules.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@paiseback.in.
- Include the PhonePe transaction ID (from your receipt email) or the access code.
- We acknowledge within 24 hours on working days.
- Refund is issued to the original payment method. PhonePe typically credits back within 5–7 business days.
4. What happens to your access code after refund
Once a refund is processed, the access code tied to that payment is revoked. You'll still be able to use the Free Scanner (top-3 rows + ticket templates).
5. Partial refunds
After 7 days, we don't pro-rate refunds for the remaining portion of the annual term. If something isn't working for you past the 7-day window, please still email us — we'll try to make it right, even though we're not formally obligated to.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks cost us an arbitration fee and we would much rather refund you directly. If you do file a chargeback without contacting us first, and the underlying issue would have qualified for a refund, we will honor the chargeback without dispute.
7. Our guarantee promise
We publicly promise "full refund if we don't find at least ₹5,000 missing" on our landing page. This is a separate, stronger commitment that stands alongside (not instead of) the 7-day policy:
- If after running Paise Back Pro your total missing amount is less than ₹5,000, email us any time within the annual term with your summary screenshot.
- We refund you in full, no questions.
