Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of Paise Back at paiseback.in ("Paise Back", "we", "us"). By using the service, paying for a Pro subscription, or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What the service does

Paise Back is a software tool for Amazon India sellers that:

• Reads three Seller Central reports (PO, Settlement, Bank) that you upload into the browser.
• Joins line items on Order ID + SKU within a ±48-hour date window, applies a TDS rate of your choosing, and flags under-paid, unpaid, and unauthorised deductions.
• Generates pre-drafted support-ticket language you can paste into Seller Central.

3. What the service is not

• Paise Back is not an Amazon product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
• Paise Back is not a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or legal counsel. Output is informational and must be verified by a qualified professional before being used in official filings.
• We do not file your Seller Central cases on your behalf on the Free or Pro plans — you paste and submit them yourself. The optional "Done-for-you" plan is a separate service governed by a specific engagement letter.

4. Accuracy and responsibility

We put a lot of effort into the reconciliation engine, but:

• Amazon's report formats change from time to time. Old exports may parse with reduced accuracy.
• Edge cases exist — replaced orders, partial returns, manual adjustments, marketplace-vs-shipped-by-Amazon splits. Always spot-check before filing tickets.
• Refund outcomes depend on Amazon's support team, not us.

You are responsible for reviewing Paise Back's output before you use it in any official correspondence or filing.

5. Plans and pricing

• Free Scanner — runs the full reconciliation, shows the top 3 flagged rows and the full summary totals. Includes the ticket template. No time limit. No card required.
• Pro Annual — ₹1,999 (GST-inclusive), one-time yearly billing via PhonePe. Unblurs every row, unlimited ticket generation, Excel + CSV exports, unlimited re-scans during the 12-month term.
• Done-for-you — a separate service, priced as 20% of recovered amount, minimum ₹25,000 flagged, governed by a case-specific engagement letter.

Prices shown on the site are final (GST included) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices for new purchases at any time; existing Pro subscribers are not affected for the remainder of their term.

6. Refund policy

The Pro Annual plan is covered by a 7-day full-refund guarantee, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are not offered for the remaining portion of the term. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

7. Access codes

After a successful Pro payment, we send you an 8-character access code by email. The code is tied to your payment record and must not be shared. Sharing codes may result in all sessions using that code being revoked.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the reconciliation rule-set for resale.
• Use the service to process data you are not authorised to access.
• Submit any ticket language generated by Paise Back to Amazon that you know to be false or misleading.
• Use the service to harass Amazon Seller Support.
• Circumvent the paywall (e.g. by tampering with client-side state to unlock rows you haven't paid for).

9. Intellectual property

All code, design, copy, and rule-sets that make up Paise Back are our property. Your data (reports, ticket drafts you generate, exported spreadsheets) remains yours.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

Paise Back is provided as is and as available. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the reconciliation results will catch every deviation in your payouts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to Paise Back is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages, including amounts Amazon did or did not refund to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Paise Back against any third-party claim arising out of your use of the service, including claims from Amazon relating to tickets or correspondence you submit.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to Paise Back will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, if we have your email, notify you. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
